Return Process

  Ensure your item is a non-perishable accessory or gift set in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  Email our Customer Experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the Return Authorization Number inside the box before shipping to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
